Epoxy Floor Coating on Metal Surfaces

Epoxy Floor Coating on Steel Surfaces
Applied in areas such as floating hotels, cruise ships, food factories, steel structures, and girders.

Metal sheet floors require a specific type of epoxy primer — typically a zinc-rich epoxy primer — which is used to treat rust and reduce iron oxide formation.

The process also begins differently from concrete flooring: an epoxy mortar layer is first applied to level and smooth the surface.
This is followed by the finishing stages, which include applying epoxy putty, sanding, and finally two coats of epoxy finish paint to achieve a smooth, durable, and corrosion-resistant surface.
